Return and Refund Policy
Right to retract
In accordance with the articles LPursuant to Articles 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and European Directive 2011/83/EU (applicable in Germany via Section 355 of the German Civil Code), you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In their original state
- They all have their original labels intact.
- Returned in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, in compliance with article LAccording to Article 221-28 4° of the Consumer Code, swimsuits from which the hygienic lining has been removed cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep the hygienic lining sticker in place during the fitting.
How to make a return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@swimbiki.com Please provide your order number. We will then inform you of the return procedure and address.
The return fee is the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective product or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been accepted or refused. If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within [number] minutes. 14 daysThis period may be suspended until the returned items are received.
Defective products
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us at contact@swimbiki.com with a photo of the product. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the Civil Code).
Trades
We do not offer direct exchanges. If the size is not suitable, return the item according to the conditions above, then place a new order.
