Delivery areas

We deliver in Metropolitan France and in Germany.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 5 business days After shipment, depending on the destination:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
• Germany: 3 to 5 business days

These times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipping cost

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. The exact amount will be shown to you before you confirm your order.

Tracking control

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to track your delivery.

Delivery delays and problems

In case of significant delay or non-receipt of package, please contact us at contact@swimbiki.com. In compliance with article LArticle 216-1 of the Consumer Code states that if delivery is not made within the stated timeframe, you may request cancellation of the order.

Address error

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for a package not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
